The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and clean, but the late check-in caused inconvenience. The service exceeded expectations with diverse and cultural training for staff. The location facing Tampa Bay was enjoyable, but there were issues with timetables and passenger names. The dining was a bit pricey, though the dishes were good. Facilities were generally satisfactory.

The hotel had exceptionally clean rooms with multiple towels and complimentary bottled water, but the check-in was delayed until 4:45 pm. The service was a mix of welcoming gestures like opening doors for guests but also encountered a less enthusiastic staff member. The location was excellent with great dining options and views of the bay, although there were minor safety concerns and some inconvenience due to nearby road construction. The dining experience offered a variety of options with some pricy items, including an outstanding Teppanyaki fish. The facilities were good overall.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking views over the bay, allowing me to relax and enjoy the beauty without worrying about falling over. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Solomon Ozdemir, who was incredibly friendly and kind. The location was simply stunning, near the ocean and boasting a lovely 78-degree day perfect for lunch. Although the dining was excellent overall, some dishes like cold eggs and bland potatoes left something to be desired. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making my experience truly unforgettable.
