the hotel had a great location to nearby facilities.
The entrance door was surprisingly heavy. It really needs to be automatic or at least stay open. the amenities were less excellent than expected based on online photos, and the staff needs to address the door weight issue. it wasn't a completely awful stay, but these issues detracted from the overall experience

i enjoyed the tennis and pickleball courts. it was a great experience. the standard of service felt high. the hotel felt lovely.
the bell man was on a break when i arrived. there was no one available to help with luggage. i struggled in by myself since i could not use a luggage cart without staff.
